Ross High School - Higher English Revision Site

Over the next few weeks, we're hoping that this site will grow to include not only links to useful revision resources, but also notes and sample essays created by our very own Ross High School students.

It would be great if some of you were willing to volunteer to create and update sections of the website. It would look good on your CV and it might even make up for all those essays that you've handed in late. Don't worry if you've never done it before - at this stage the intention is to provide helpful information rather than a visually stunning work of online @rt.

The website www.novelguide.com is good for information on The Great Gatsby, Lord of the Flies, plays by Arthur Millar and Shakespeare.

The website www.essaybank.co.uk gives you access to essays written by English students for GCSE and A-Level course work.

For discursive essay research www.debatabase.org is very useful.
